I am so sad that I won’t be able to go to the Paleo Event happening at Estes Park tomorrow. It even features Melissa Joulan and Michelle Tam, both of which I have mentioned in this blog (I still haven’t cooked anything from Holly, but it will happen). Well, I’ll stay home eating carrot fries.
The good here is the spices. Cumin, cinnamon , salt, pepper and coconut oil make the condiments to coat this beautiful carrot sticks. However, I think the trick is the lemon juice after the baking what makes this truly amazing.
