Emergency leftovers – Color me rice

So this happened while preparing for my preliminary examination. Therefore, no pictures. But you can imagine all the process!
I had leftover sauce from my contribution to The Bitten Word’s Cover-to-Cover challenge and some leftover cauliflower rice from… I don’t remember. So I decided to combine them: I fried the cauliflower rice in butter in order to make it a little bit softer but not mushy, and then poured the sauce on top. I added a cup of chicken stock and let it boil until all the liquid disappeared. Quick way to have a decent lunch or a good side dish for dinner.
I guess this is my official first recipe? Now I feel bad that I don’t have a picture of it.
